Rules and Conduct

A warm welcome to all members!
Before you enter the IGP Community, there are a few things that we would like to make clear. The Independent Games Project (IGP) Forum is a place for everyone to enjoy safe and productive community interaction. The rules, though few are intended to provide that safe environment. Take a few minutes to review the rules.
1) No flaming. The community has no place for individuals who wish to unleash their pent up rage on community members. Be constructive if you are to be critical.
Members are encouraged to resolve minor conflicts privately (PM the offender to settle the matter peacefully and respectfully). DO NOT Harass other Members. If a resolution is not met than an IGP member can be contacted to investigate and solve the issue.
2) No Spamming topics! Post in the relevant boards. We have an off topic area for these things.
3) NO OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL MAY BE POSTED - This includes anything that would be deemed above a PG-13 rating. Remember, pornography and obscene images/ matterials fall under this rule.
4) Advertising is allowed here, not like other boards. But to make matters easier, just advertise in the General Board's Advertising Category or your sig.
However absolutely no advertisements of objectionable nature including drugs or anything dangerous, illegal, immoral, etc. will be condoned. If anyone flouts this rule, which is a very serious case, their account will be removed and they will no longer have the privilege to join us.
5) Be respectful. Keep the forums a nice & peaceful place for all members to chat in.
6) NO SELLING OF ANY KIND - This rule WILL be enforced heavily. You are NOT allowed to sell ANYTHING on the IGP forum.the IGP is not responsible for anything that occurs due to your inability to abide by this rule.
